SharePoint online allows sharing site or content with external users i.e. your partners, clients or vendors. This SharePoint Online feature allows people outside of your organization to collaborate on the content without requiring to have license. This sessions will walk you through different external settings available in SharePoint onilne and how external sharing works for internal users as well as external users. This session will also cover how you can turn external sharing on and off globally or at the site collection level as well as what reporting options you have available as an administrator.
