    Thanks so much Richard. There are a number of things that we can do to increase adoption and I think that you covered most of them here. However….

    People will use technology when the technology makes their work lives significantly better i.e. they can do their work more quickly, more simply, with less effort. So in this case, it is pretty critical that we are using SharePoint/Office 365 to solve real work problems in significant ways… some of the other adoption tricks help… but are they making work significantly better.
